Where do I even begin, Amelia was absolutely amazing!! I had no idea what wedding dress I was looking for and she helped me pick the perfect dress. She explained everything to me and helped me decide what dress suited me the best.I can't thank Amelia enough!! I had the most amazing experience finding my dress at the Sposa Group. I honestly cannot speak more highly of Jas and her support throughout the whole process. From the moment we walked in she made our group feel very welcome and comfortable. Jas is a wealth of knowledge and offered advice and guidance on different dresses as well as veils. Not to mention she is an absolute ray of sunshine, which made the experience so positive. I would highly recommend The Sposa Group !

After mix up in the appointment time , Marianna was more than welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She was very open too feedback snd just wanted me to be happy. She has been accomodating and has always answered any questions I had. I found my dream dress and I’m so glad I went through this experience with Marianna.

I live in the area and have passed this store multiple times, during my bridal dress hunt, I never looked into this place originally due to the dresses in the window not being the style i was going for at all, but then I stumbled upon it online and saw the amazing reviews and decided to give the store a go as I wasn't having much luck elsewhere. And I am so glad I did!!! I had a wonderful experience, I was helped by multiple lovely consultants who together helped me find the shape, fabric and cut off my dream dress. I was blown away by the kindness and creativity and all for such an affordable price. I loved the bottom of one dress and the top of another and since they were the same designer they said they can custom make it for me! I'm getting a custom dress for such a great price and at a store I can't wait to go back too for my fittings!

I could not recommend the Sposa group enough!I went in knowing the style and look of my dream dress and Amelia was so attentive and didn't make me feel bad for wanting a dress with no lace or embellishments. She listened to everything that I was saying that I either liked or disliked about the dresses I tried on. She took in all the information she had gathered about my style and recommended some dresses that I would have never chosen for myself that ended up being my dress!I did go to other stores after Sposa as I felt I should shop around as Sposa was the first boutique I had gone to. Big mistake!After being stood up by one store, then going to another where the guy "looking after" me gave me such a bad attitude after not liking the dresses he put me in (that were disgusting and covered in makeup stains, and the stitching was stretched) and other stores that just had bad vibes, I knew I needed to go back to Sposa and say "yes" to my dress.The environment is clean and beautiful, the dresses are clean, the staff are amazing and so so soooo helpful.I wouldn't bother going to any other place.

We did the private experience with champagne and the platters. Honestly beyond happy with the service and the food and bubbles were amazing! We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed having the beautiful space to ourselves. More importantly I felt so comfortable and reassured for the whole experience, the knowledge the team have and the time and care they take to understand you and your day but to also find and ‘fit’ the dress they truly go above and beyond to help you visualise every detail. You won’t get service like this anywhere else, it was truly appreciated from a nervous and unsure bride to be. I’ll forever be thankful for this experience. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks again to the team can’t wait to pick up my dress!!!

The whole process with Sposa was absolutely seamless from trying-on, to alterations, to pick-up. None of the other bridal shop experiences I had when choosing my dress could even come close to comparing to the experience I had at this store. The moment I walked in the positive energy was infectious; I can absolutely tell just how much all of the beautiful ladies I dealt with genuinely love what they do. The range of amazing dresses, especially the ballgowns, was like nothing I’d ever seen. Thank-you to the whole team for making me feel beautiful, and for making the whole 12 month process so exciting and stress-free. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to have chosen Sposa to play such an important role in our day!

Amelia helped me find the perfect dress after her endless patience and amazing advice and service both times I was at sposa. I came in not knowing what I loved to finding myself using what I learnt from Amelia at other stores which I would've have if I didn't have the experience here! The range is also amazing from ball gowns to a line dresses to curvy and fit and flare or mermaids styles. Definitely check out this store!

Where do I begin? Marianna is an absolute angel who brought my wedding dress dreams to life. ❤️ I could not be happier with the service that I received from the Sposa Group and the dress itself was absolutely perfect and the quality is second to none. I originally flew to Melbourne from Brisbane (where I live) to go wedding dress shopping with my mum. I had a store and dress in mind when traveling to Melbourne. I then stumbled across the Sposa Group on my last day in Melbourne and was greeted by the wonderful Marianna and Chelsea. I am the most indecisive person ever but Marianna was so patient and kind with me. She actually spent time with me (unlike other stores where you’re rushed out the door). She really got to know me and the style of dress I was after. After leaving the store I could not stop thinking about a particular dress that I had tried on. I decided to fly back again and Marianna spent more time with me, allowing me to fully customise a Demetrios wedding gown. I was sold! Since the initial appointment Marianna has spent countless hours with me either over the phone or in person or at alterations. She even came in on her day off! Btw the alterations team at Sposa were also amazing and worked tirelessly to ensure my gown fitted like a glove. In my time shopping for wedding dresses and also for friends wedding dresses, I’ve gone to 40+ bridal stores and there is no store like the Sposa Group. They just go above and beyond. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart Marianna, you and your team made my wedding dress experience so special. I’ll never forget it ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Buying a dress is a really big deal. The staff at Sposa were so cheerful, welcoming and kind. I'm fortunate to be quite confident but, regardless, the team made sure they were sensitive throughout. I didn't feel vulnerable or nervous at all.Not to mention their huuuuuge range of dresses! I am certain that there is something for everyone here!I'm not quite married yet but, with the help of the team at Sposa, I know I'm going to look and feel so glamorous.Would recommend.
