How did you meet your spouse?
I met my spouse through the Greek Orthodox church community.
Tell us about your proposal
We arrive at my house in the evening to have a brief break after an adventurous and exhilarating day out, only to find a letter which said 'come to the garden'. I find him there kneeling with a knee on the ground, a bouquet of my favourite red roses beside him and a gorgeous diamond ring in his hand.
Tell us about your wedding dress. How was your experience when you were searching for "The One"?
I was in awe of my wedding dress which was designed by Demetrios and felt like a princess, it was a dream come to true. It was the third dress I had tried on in-store and couldn't have asked for better assistance. The subtle champagne petals bought warmth to the dress and the ivory base made it all the more real that I was getting married.
Describe a favourite highlight or two from your wedding day.
The best highlights of our day was being united together as one by God in our faith, receiving our commemorative certificate, and dancing the night away.
Do you have any advice for couples currently planning their wedding?
You need to plan your wedding day to suit your liking and preferences. Many people will give their input, but ultimately at the end of the day, you will be getting married and you have to enjoy every moment that counts!
