I went into my first bridal appointment at Sposa honestly just to try on styles I hadn't yet tried on and give myself some thinking space around two previous dresses I was torn between. But Frankie was excellent. She helped me navigate their gorgeous range of dresses, within my budget, and made us all feel right at home. I want to say a huge thank you to the Sposa Group and especially Frankie. From the beginning of my appointment she was extremely warm, accommodating, honest and genuine. She’s a wealth of knowledge and provides constructive feedback. It’s hard to imagine how a dress will look when it’s not in your size, and in my case colour, however, Frankie was able to explain and reposition, so I could get an idea of the final look.
The Sposa group have the most beautiful collection of dresses. Not only do they offer customisations, but they also alter in store. For me, having a dress being taken care of from start to finish by the same business was extremely important. I attended appointments at other stores where they were trying to push a dress sale on me, but couldn’t tell me how it would look after offsite alterations. The Sposa Group take that stress out because they know their designs inside and out.

I'm indecisive as best so I knew finding 'the dress' would be hard but Amelia and Corra were able to help me find the dress that best suited me though gentle guidance and advice, even offering and suggesting small changes that make a big difference! The Sposa Group was the second bridal store I went to in the hope of finding my dream wedding dress. I had a very bad experience at the first store, where I felt rushed & forced to try on dresses I did not really like, thought the quality & storage of the dresses was poor, & I would have to outsource a seamstress for alterations. At this store, I was lucky enough to have Vesna, who was so patient, informative & helpful, & I felt like she genuinely cared. She let me walk around the whole store and take my time picking out dresses I wanted to try on. I asked so many questions & she did not look bothered at all. The first dress I tried on ended up being ‘the one’, & I am absolutely in love with it! I spoke to Vesna about one minor change I wanted to make, & she was able to make the perfect temporary adjustments so I could visualise it on the spot. This beautiful experience I had is all thanks to Vesna. My wedding is only 4 months away but they are making it happen for me & I could not be happier. I bought my wedding dress at Sposa Group Melbourne yesterday! I was so blown away and delighted by my stylist, Marianna's support. I really thought I was going along for a reconnaissance mission, my wedding is still 18 months away so I never expected to find my dress so soon, or so easily.
Right from the pre - appointment questionnaire their whole process was very thorough. They had a huge range of dresses, Marianna listened closely to what I wanted and paid attention to my feedback on each of the dresses I tried on. She was able to make suggestions as a result that were so helpful and made me see possibilities and options that I hadn't considered! My Mum and bridesmaid who came with me were included in the process and they both had a great time, too.
In the end, I've bought a custom dress because I loved the top half of one and the bottom half of another, which is something their designer allows for - and it was still within my budget! I'm excited to wear something that's one of a kind, and I'm even more excited about my wedding now that I've found my dress!
I'd highly recommend The Sposa Group and Marianna to any brides. :-)

I had an excellent experience with The Sposa Group Melbourne. I'd been to 4 dress appointments prior to this and hadn't found my dream dress. Marianna really helped me to narrow down what I wanted, and in the end she was the one who picked out my dress for me to try on. She has a very good eye because we all instantly loved it, and I made a deposit that same appointment. She never tried to upsell us, rather we all felt her genuine desire to help. In fact, the dress she picked out was one of the cheapest I had tried on. Throughout my appointment I felt totally at ease and comfortable. Marianna and the rest of the Sposa Group staff were super friendly, and I never felt judged or out of place. At the end of the appointment, once I'd purchased my dress, they took a photo of my family/friend and I in front of their decorative feature wall, so we can keep the memory of the day I found my dress. It was just another little detail that made the day that much more special, and I'm very grateful to have those photos.
