The Sposa Group has a lovely selection of dresses and they have lovely staff members who listen really well and offer as much or as little advice you ask for. Marianna was a superstar for my first visit, after listening to what features and styles I had liked at previous appointments, she picked out the dress which matched exactly what I had described. I was thankful to have found the dress which I eventually said yes to, but the fact Marianna genuinely listened to what I was saying was what I most appreciated.

Booked an appointment for 1.5 hr dress try on in early of March, very impressive bad experience in Sposa. I know what tyle Im after, for saving the time, I have browsed the website before visit and listed 5 dresses that I want to try on in the shop. Vesna who assists me is nice and friendly, however,its disappointed that I only able to try 1 of 5 listed dresses as most of them are not available in the shop. There's another rude staff stop us to take photo when Im trying the dress. I have visited 5 bridal shops, this is the only one not allowed to take photo. Eventually I only tried on 3 dresses within 1hr. I spent $50 appointment fee and only able to try on 1hr and 3 dresses. Dont waste your $50 , there are so many bridal shops without appointment fee and better service.

I had the absolute best experience finding my wedding dress! Frankie was incredible, friendly, patient, and dedicated to help me find the perfect style. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, offering recommendations throughout the trying process. Her effort, attention and passion to detail made me feel so comfortable. Last Sunday, I had my first appointment with the Sposa Group to find my wedding dress. It was truly an amazing experience.
Vesna was so incredibly helpful and such a lovely person. She went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress and customise it to perfection, while all at the same time she made sure to make the whole experience so special with my family.
I definitely recommend the VIP experience, it was unforgettable and felt like a fairy tale.

I went into my first bridal appointment at Sposa honestly just to try on styles I hadn't yet tried on and give myself some thinking space around two previous dresses I was torn between. But Frankie was excellent. She helped me navigate their gorgeous range of dresses, within my budget, and made us all feel right at home. She was up front and honest which was exactly what I needed and asked for and she ended up helping me actually select my wedding dress, which hadn't been my intention when I walked into the appointment! Frankie was professional, warm, listened carefully and could see what elements I was loving or not loving with each dress. Thank you Frankie for your guidance. Can't wait to come back for my first fitting when the dress arrives!

I want to say a huge thank you to the Sposa Group and especially Frankie. From the beginning of my appointment she was extremely warm, accommodating, honest and genuine. She’s a wealth of knowledge and provides constructive feedback. It’s hard to imagine how a dress will look when it’s not in your size, and in my case colour, however, Frankie was able to explain and reposition, so I could get an idea of the final look.

The Sposa group have the most beautiful collection of dresses. Not only do they offer customisations, but they also alter in store. For me, having a dress being taken care of from start to finish by the same business was extremely important. I attended appointments at other stores where they were trying to push a dress sale on me, but couldn’t tell me how it would look after offsite alterations. The Sposa Group take that stress out because they know their designs inside and out.

Thank you again for making my wedding dress experience so enjoyable and pain free, I’m counting down to my first fitting! I’ll be recommending you to every new bride. X

I'd like to share my experience with The Sposa Group. I had an appointment to meet for a fitting on Saturday 15th February 2025 and myself and my bridal party met with Cora.

Cora was an amazing team member to deal with. Cora was professional and full of knowledge about the complete process. Cora guided me through and assisted me in finding my dream dress.

The whole experience at The Sposa Group was flawless with all of the staff being so lovely and welcoming which would otherwise been a very stressful experience, I was so relaxed!

I'm indecisive as best so I knew finding 'the dress' would be hard but Amelia and Corra were able to help me find the dress that best suited me though gentle guidance and advice, even offering and suggesting small changes that make a big difference! They were kind, respectful and honest throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Jing in alternations had such attention to detail (that I didn’t even notice) and wouldn’t let me leave without it being perfect. The Sposa Group was the second bridal store I went to in the hope of finding my dream wedding dress. I had a very bad experience at the first store, where I felt rushed & forced to try on dresses I did not really like, thought the quality & storage of the dresses was poor, & I would have to outsource a seamstress for alterations.
At this store, I was lucky enough to have Vesna, who was so patient, informative & helpful, & I felt like she genuinely cared. She let me walk around the whole store and take my time picking out dresses I wanted to try on. I asked so many questions & she did not look bothered at all. The first dress I tried on ended up being ‘the one’, & I am absolutely in love with it! I spoke to Vesna about one minor change I wanted to make, & she was able to make the perfect temporary adjustments so I could visualise it on the spot.
This beautiful experience I had is all thanks to Vesna. My wedding is only 4 months away but they are making it happen for me & I could not be happier. Thank you so much Vesna & the team at The Sposa Group, this was the perfect wedding dress search experience!!!
